Iyengar Veetu Sambar:This is a traditional, aromatic, and flavorful South Indian lentil and vegetable stew, often characterized by its balance of six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, astringent). 'Iyengar Veetu' implies a traditional Brahmin household style.
