- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas Mark 4.
- Unclip the dabba and remove the lid.
- Add a splash of water to the rice and cover it with the lid to prvent it from drying out.
- Place all dabbas in.
- Heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Ensure food is steaming hot throughout before serving.

- Unstack the tiffin and transfer food onto a microwave-safe plate or bowls.
- Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or plate to prevent drying.
- Heat on 700W for 4–5 minutes, or until piping hot.
- Stir curries and rice halfway through for even heating.
- Heat for an additional 30–60 seconds if required.

Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Heat for 10–12 minutes until hot and crispy.
Microwave: Heat for 30–40 seconds (may soften the pastry).
