Main Dabba Heating Instruction - Oven 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Unclip the dabba and remove the lid.
  3. Add a splash of water to the rice and cover it with the lid to prvent it from drying out.
  4. Place all dabbas in.
  5. Heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Ensure food is steaming hot throughout before serving.

Main Dabba Heating Instruction - Microwave

  1. Unstack the tiffin and transfer food onto a microwave-safe plate or bowls.
  2. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or plate to prevent drying.
  3. Heat on 700W for 4–5 minutes, or until piping hot.
  4. Stir curries and rice halfway through for even heating.
  5. Heat for an additional 30–60 seconds if required.

Chapati Heating Instruction - Microwave

Lightly sprinkle with water and heat for 15 seconds at 700W

Samosa and Onion Baji

Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Heat for 10–12 minutes until hot and crispy.

Microwave: Heat for 30–40 seconds (may soften the pastry).

No heating needed for Gulabu jamun, Brownie, Pineapple and monge chutney, Mango chutney
