Dal Maharani:
Dal Maharani is a luxurious and hearty lentil preparation, often considered a close cousin to Dal Makhani, but with its own unique blend of whole black urad dal
and kidney beans, slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients:
Whole Black Urad Dal, Rajma (Kidney Beans), Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder, onion, Ginger and Garlic paste, Green Chili, Tomato, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Fresh Coriander, Ginger Juliennes.
