Dhaba Style Tarka Dal

Delhi Chole:
Made with chickpeas cooked in a rich, spicy gravy. It’s famous for its deep, tangy taste and dark color, often achieved using tea or special spice blends. This dish is a staple in Delhi street food and is commonly enjoyed with bhature, rice, or roti.

Aloo Gobi Sabji:
made with potatoes and cauliflower cooked together with aromatic spices. It’s a simple, homely preparation where the vegetables are sautéed until tender and slightly crisp, without any gravy.

Jeera Rice:
